Xitlali leads CLIMB’s programs, partnerships, and day-to-day operations, working closely with community members and local organizations in Central Long Beach.

CLIMB Central Long Beach is the public-facing community organization of AOC7 Organization, a California-based nonprofit entity. AOC7 Organization serves as the legal and fiscal entity supporting CLIMB’s programs and operations.
