CLIMB Action Days
Join us every third Saturday of the month as volunteers come together to beautify Central Long Beach through neighborhood cleanups. Together, we're creating safer, cleaner, and more welcoming public spaces.

CLIMB Community Market
Our seasonal Community Market provides fresh produce and essential groceries to families in Central Long Beach in a welcoming, dignified environment.

Summer Fun at MacArthur Park
A free summer program that provides youth with a safe, engaging place to spend their evenings through arts and crafts, sports, games, leadership activities, special events, and community-building.

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library
A future early childhood literacy initiative that will provide free, high-quality books each month to children from birth to age five in Central Long Beach, helping build strong reading habits from an early age.

14th Annual Literacy Fair — Reading in the LB Sea
A signature community event focused on promoting literacy, education, and access to learning resources for youth and families in Central Long Beach. The fair includes free books, educational activities, and opportunities to connect with local organizations.
Women Leading Change: A Women's Symposium
Women Leading Change is CLIMB Central Long Beach’s first annual women’s symposium, created to bring together women across Long Beach for a day of connection, learning, and leadership development. Designed for women ages 18 and older, this community-centered gathering focuses on financial empowerment, wellness, and building pathways to leadership and civic engagement.
The symposium will feature grounding and wellness activities, a leadership and advocacy spotlight highlighting local women changemakers, a financial empowerment session with practical tools for long-term stability, and opportunities to connect directly with trusted community resources and partners.
Women Leading Change is designed to support women at every stage of their journey — whether they are seeking personal growth, stronger financial knowledge, deeper community connection, or opportunities to step into leadership roles within their neighborhoods.
Hosted by CLIMB Central Long Beach, this event reflects our commitment to strengthening communities by investing in women’s leadership, economic stability, and collective power across Long Beach.

CLIMB Central LB Rebrand Mixer
Join CLIMB Central Long Beach for an evening of community and connection as we officially introduce our new name and vision. This invite-only reception will bring together partners, sponsors, and community leaders to celebrate CLIMB’s growth and share upcoming programs and priorities.

An annual family-friendly event celebrating the joy of reading through free books, literacy activities, educational resources, and community partners. The fair encourages lifelong learning while helping children and families build strong literacy skills.
