CLIMB Action Days
Monthly neighborhood cleanups that bring residents together to improve public spaces, promote environmental stewardship, and build a shared sense of responsibility for our streets.

CLIMB Community Market (Seasonal)
Seasonal food access events where families can choose fresh produce and essential items with dignity and choice.

A planned series of gatherings and workshops focused on leadership development, civic engagement, and community organizing for women in Central Long Beach.
Status: Launching in 2026, pending funding.

Women Leading Change: A Women's Symposium
Women Leading Change is CLIMB Central Long Beach’s first annual women’s symposium, created to bring together women across Long Beach for a day of connection, learning, and leadership development. Designed for women ages 18 and older, this community-centered gathering focuses on financial empowerment, wellness, and building pathways to leadership and civic engagement.
The symposium will feature grounding and wellness activities, a leadership and advocacy spotlight highlighting local women changemakers, a financial empowerment session with practical tools for long-term stability, and opportunities to connect directly with trusted community resources and partners.
Women Leading Change is designed to support women at every stage of their journey — whether they are seeking personal growth, stronger financial knowledge, deeper community connection, or opportunities to step into leadership roles within their neighborhoods.
Hosted by CLIMB Central Long Beach, this event reflects our commitment to strengthening communities by investing in women’s leadership, economic stability, and collective power across Long Beach.

14th Annual Literacy Fair — Reading in the LB Sea
A signature community event focused on promoting literacy, education, and access to learning resources for youth and families in Central Long Beach. The fair includes free books, educational activities, and opportunities to connect with local organizations.
